This position will be responsible for coordinating and implementing recruitment and retention efforts for all open positions. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with identifying, developing, and implementing training.
Essential Functions:
Performs all tasks necessary for filling open positions, including but not limited to: posting positions, sourcing applicants, screening and tracking applications/resumes, selecting applicants for interviews, conducting pre-screening interviews, and forwarding qualified applicants to hiring managers.
Prepares applicant correspondence to include: offer letters, applicant not selected letters, job not filled at this time, etc.
Researches the most cost-effective and successful methods for advertising open positions to ensure a qualified and diverse applicant pool.
Develops and fosters relationships with community and professional organizations to attract and recruit candidates.
Maintains recruitment and turnover statistics to measure the success of recruitment efforts.
Assists HR Coordinator with pre-employment background checks and New Employee Orientation.
Assists with identifying, developing, and implementing training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred with minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
Experience in the health care industry desired.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and social networking.
Ability to multi-task under pressure with minimal supervision required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
